How do I enroll?+-
Start from a Fire Watch Academy certification page, then use the enrollment action to complete secure checkout and create or access your student account.
Who handles checkout and payment?+-
Checkout happens on the secure checkout page linked from the certification page. Save your receipt for your records.
Where do I log in or manage my account?+-
Use the Sign In link in the site header or the sign-in link on the About page. From there, you can access your student account, password recovery, and enrolled training.
Where do I take the course?+-
After enrollment, sign in to your student account and open the course from your training dashboard.
How are completion and progress tracked?+-
Your course dashboard tracks lesson progress and completion. Follow the course instructions and complete the required lessons to finish the training path.
Are certificates available?+-
When a course includes a certificate, it becomes available after the required completion criteria are met in your student account.
How do refunds and support work?+-
Refund options depend on the course and purchase terms. For help, contact Fire Watch Academy support and include your receipt or the email used at checkout.
Can organizations use Fire Watch Academy for team training?+-
Yes. Organizations can compare certifications, review pricing on certification cards, and send team members to enroll in the right training. For team questions, contact Fire Watch Academy support.
Will this meet my jobsite requirements?+-
Requirements vary by employer and jobsite. If a supervisor or fire marshal gave you a specific requirement, confirm the course name and certificate they expect before enrolling.
