By using the Fire Watch Academy website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Additional terms may apply when you create a student account, purchase training, access a certification, use the certification player, or interact with payment or platform services.

2. What Fire Watch Academy provides

Fire Watch Academy provides certification-focused fire watch training information, marketing pages, certification descriptions, pricing information, and links to enrollment and course access pages. Course lessons, checkout, account access, enrollment records, completion, certificates, and progress are provided through the student training portal and related providers.

3. Student account and checkout services

Login, signup, account management, checkout, payment, certification access, certification player activity, lesson delivery, lesson completion, and enrollment status are provided through student account and payment services. When you leave this site for those pages, your use may be subject to additional terms, privacy notices, payment terms, refund terms, and technical requirements.

4. Eligibility and accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account, checkout, and enrollment information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your student account credentials and for activity under your account. Do not share access credentials or attempt to bypass certification access controls.

5. Purchases, access, and refunds

Certification prices, access windows, included materials, refund eligibility, and promotional terms may vary by product and may be shown on the certification page or checkout page. Purchases are completed through the secure checkout page or its payment providers.

Fire Watch Academy may update certifications, pricing, offers, bundles, and access rules prospectively. Unless a purchase page or separate written agreement states otherwise, certification access is for the purchasing user or authorized organization and may not be resold, sublicensed, or shared.

6. Training limitations

Fire Watch Academy training is educational and certification-focused. It does not replace laws, employer policies, jobsite rules, permits, fire code requirements, or directions from a fire marshal or other official.

A certificate may not satisfy every job, employer, insurance, contract, licensing, or regulatory requirement. Confirm the requirement that applies to your work before relying on any course.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the site or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not interfere with security, hosting, account, or payment systems.
• Do not copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute certification materials.
• Do not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content.
• Do not use the site in a way that violates applicable law or these terms.

8. Intellectual property

The Fire Watch Academy name, logos, website design, copy, certification descriptions, training materials, graphics, and related content are owned by Fire Watch Academy or its licensors, except for third-party marks and platform content owned by their respective owners. You may use purchased certification materials only for personal or authorized internal training purposes unless written permission says otherwise.

9. Third-party links and services

The site may link to account, checkout, payment, support, or other third-party services. Fire Watch Academy is not responsible for third-party service availability, security, content, or terms, except where required by law or a separate written agreement.

10. Disclaimers
